Our Multicultural School

The student body of P.S. 193 Gil Hodges is representative of the multicultural city around the school, Brooklyn.  The Parents’ Association is committed to celebrating the diversity of our school. We do this by celebrating such events as National Hispanic Heritage Month; Lunar New Year, Black History Month;  Women’s History Month and other cultural celebrations, by hosting assemblies where performances by musicians, bands, dancers etc. entertain and more importantly, educate our students.
